This is all about what you need to do now to make money while you sleep.
It’s part of what we like to call our integrated product funnel (IPF) or now the word for this is our web of awesomeness. So, what we do here, we look for ways how we can give free value first. Why? Give value first and then they’ll take out their wallet. I’ll say it again, give value first and then they’ll take out their wallet. Let me give you an idea what I mean by this.
So, if you happen to look at a website right now, you have a face here, you have the name and description here and then you have bar across here. The bar across here is normally a logo and some testimonials. Another logo and then testimonial, etc. And then you’ve got two boxes inside here. On one side, you have the blog and the reason why we put up blog on the home page is to give people a reason to go back.
Because in all reality, how many websites do we visit more than ones except for news and social media? We don’t really. So, what I then do is look at ways on how you can continue to change this and then to capture their details because the purpose of a website is not for brand positions. The purpose for a website is not to get your name heard or anything like that.
The main purpose of a website is to capture their details.
There are so many organizations or businesses that I’ve spoken to about their website and they say, “Oh wow! We’re getting 20,000 people visiting our website every single month and I think, ‘Yay! Great! It’s awesome.” How many email addresses did you get? We’re averaging about 5 a month. From 20,000 people, you’re averaging 5 email addresses a month?
Your main reason for a website is to capture their details which means that we need to give them a compelling offer. So, the compelling offer might look something like this. Entering your email address for you to receive your free e-book on the Three Secret Ingredients So You Can. Now, it’s much easier than you think. You utilize our authority communication framework.
So, basically you write about someone’s problem and then you write about an idea and then you get evidence around that idea, you get a metaphor around that idea and then you give it a call of action. You might write up to five or six pages worth. You put some nice images, you put some nice framework around it, save that to a PDF and there’s your e-book. And then you can put in your emails as author.
So, on here, you give free value. Your free value might be an e-book, might be a resource, might be an audio form, and might even be a video. But it could say here find out the six steps in order so you can or something like that. Entering your email address here in order for you to get it. Suddenly then, this here will take them inside your integrated product funnel and there are other ways you can do it. You can also go to JV which means Joint Venture into your integrated product funnel. You can go through social media to get them into your integrated product funnel, you can go through events or whatever events that you speak at or might have been through a word of mouth.
So, once you get them in, the first protocol is you give them that free value. Now, you’ve got their email address, you’ve sent them through this video that you said they will get. And let’s say they loved that free value and then they think, what else do you have? Well, I also do have a $97 5-DVD Program. So, if they loved the free value, they might spend $97. And let’s say they’ve spent their 97 bucks and they’re like, “wow! I really liked that.” What else do you have? So, if they absolutely loved that, then the next protocol here could be $497 12-month subscription service where they get a webinar every month. And that’s $497.
So, let’s say they loved the free value, they bought the DVD, they’ve bought this and they think, “Wow! This is great. What else do you have?” Let’s say you then do have a free 1 day event and this is $997 and they think, “Wow that is great. What else do you have?” I’ve got a $3,997 event here and let’s say this is a 3-day event. And they think, “Great! What else do you have?” Well, let’s say we have an $8,997 and this could be a 5-day event in Phuket.
Day 1 is on relationship, Day 2 is on financial intelligence, Day 3 is on entrepreneurship, Day 4 is spiritual well-being and so on and so forth. Then what’s the tipping point? One on one. Your one on one should be your most expensive. As simple as that. It’s time and money which then means that you’re giving him free value and you’re taking him all the way along here in order for them to become raving fan.
Let me give you an example of what I mean by that. Me and my family, we are raving fans of Apple. Let me give you an idea of what I mean by this. Now, this is cool guys. Watch this. Ready? So, as being a raving fan of Apple, what does Apple have right now? They have an iPod, they have an iTouch, then they have an iPad and then they have an iPhone. And then they have a Mac, and then they have a MacBook Pro and then they also have a MacBook Ultimate. By the way, this is their integrated product funnel, okay?
The iPod is $97, the iTouch is $297, the iPad is $497, the iPhone is $997, the MacBook is $1,997 and then the MacBook Pro is $3,997 and the MacBook Ultimate is $8,997. Now, watch this. Ready?
Me, personally, I have all of these. My wife have 6 of these. My kids have got 3 of these and my oldest daughter has that. We are raving Apple fan.
