Dear {:firstName},

A Carrot, a Stick and Zero Interest Rates!

In June last year I bet my accountant $10 that interest rates would not go up in Australia by Christmas 2014. I was right.

I’m now betting interest rates won’t go up by Christmas 2015.

By the way, I hope I’m wrong and so do thousands and thousands of retirees and responsible savers throughout this country, but I’m betting I won’t be.

So how is it I was right and almost every financial expert, market commentator and interest rate predictor of major institution fame was wrong? (They said en mass, the next move would be up). What do I know that they don’t?

Psychologists tell us that human beings are motivated by two things. 1. To avoid pain… and 2. To gain pleasure… and that avoiding pain is a greater motivator. Your government knows this.

Your government also knows it is going broke… Fast.

And so in an unprecedented co-ordinated global effort to stimulate economies world-wide, which will raise transaction taxes (like GST) for governments everywhere, central banks are driving interest rates lower and in many cases negative (yes, in parts of Europe you have to pay the bank to hold your money).

The hope is that by offering almost zero return to savers you are not only eliminating any pleasure (profit) but you increase their pain (eroding capital with inflation) to a point where savers take their money out of the bank and spend or invest it. The old carrot and stick trick!

And I’d like to help them.

WHAT!!!

Yep, you heard me, I’d like to help them… and you!

Relax, no I haven’t sold out. But I don’t believe your best interests and that of your government have to be opposed. In fact, they can be harmonious.

So I think you should get your money out of the bank (or a part of it) and spend it... on property (actually you don’t even need your own money, but if you’ve been to my event, you already knew that).

For 9 years now I have been educating over 40,000 Australians’ exactly to do just that. I have watched countless numbers of people get educated, get motivated and get profitable.

Now I’m not talking about traditional strategies like negative-gearing, and buy-hold-hope-and-pray stuff. I’m referring to the new way to make money in property. I’m talking about buying (or controlling) something you can add value to and substantially accelerating your wealth. I’m talking about the potential to make what most people make in their lifetimes in the next 24 months.

It’s real, it’s possible and right now, you have a decision to make.

Next month, I am presenting my greatest ever line-up of experts. For the final time ever, they will ALL be on one stage at the same event. I promise you this, after 2 Days you will never look at property the same way again.

Tickets are free, if you act fast.

Invest in the new way to make money in property… it sure beats bank interest.

Carrots or sticks? You choose.

To Your Success,

P.S. You may also want to forward your February newsletter to a friend.

This month I've been overwhelmed by the amount of positive feedback I received after ‘The Experience’ - so I have picked 3 special ones that I think will inspire and motivate everyone who reads them. Thank you to Susan, Joanne and Vida for sharing your thoughts and experience.

Revolution

We all know the system isn't working. Our governments are corrupt and the opposing parties pointlessly similar. Our culture is filled with vacuity and pap, and we are told there's nothing we can do: "It's just the way things are."

In this book, Russell Brand hilariously lacerates the straw men and paper tigers of our conformist times and presents, with the help of experts as diverse as Thomas Piketty and George Orwell, a vision for a fairer, sexier society that's fun and inclusive.

You have been lied to, told there's no alternative, no choice, and that you don't deserve any better. Brand destroys this illusory facade as amusingly and deftly as he annihilates Morning Joeanchors, Fox News fascists, and BBC stalwarts.

This book makes revolution not only possible but inevitable and fun.
