Connection with nature is a key element to Space Medicine. Space medicine states that the spaces we surround ourselves with have an effect on us from a cellular to a cerebral level. This means that it also has an effect on our buyer.

Research shows that on a primitive level, humans crave a connection with nature. When they have a connection with nature, it makes them feel secure and abundant. The research shows us that it’s all about the greenery, the colour green, and the green elements that are within the space.

Primitively, from years gone by, green signifies life. Life on the other hand, signifies water, and water signifies abundance and security. So why not create a property and create an experience for your buyer that allows them to feel secure and abundant when inspecting a property that they want to buy?

HOW DO WE DO THIS?

First, we can increase the controllable, natural light that we allow into the property. Second, can try and create visual connections from the inside to the outside of the property. So when someone’s inside the property and inspecting it, we’re giving them the greatest possible chance to have visual glimpses of nature, greenery, skylines, and the distance beyond.

Third, we can include greenery and living natural elements in our styling of our property. Everything from planting, to natural woven rugs, or natural textured styling elements. What this does is it allows the internal aspects of the property to be connected with our nature outside. This allows our buyers inspecting the property to feel secure and abundant.

That’s certainly a big advantage when you’re looking to sell your property.
