Naomi Findlay, Australia’s Rapid Renovation Expert, shares the 21 common mistakes renovators make and her personal advice on how to avoid them.
I’m really well-known as the Queen of Outsourcing.
I outsource nearly everything in my life.
Every successful business knows that outsourcing is one of the ways that you can really leverage, grow, and be successful. Renovating for wealth is no different at all. However, it’s really important that you think long and hard about what you outsource.
There are a couple of tasks when renovating for wealth that really needs to be kept closed to the project manager and the project or property owners.
THE THREE THINGS I WON’T OUTSOURCE
For me, these are the three things that I won’t outsource:
- Inspecting the property
- Becoming the expert in the due diligence on the suburb and the property
- Putting together my team
It’s so essential for you to have input, control, and direction across all of these 3 components. By doing this, you’ll make sure that the outsourcing that you do is really effective and for the betterment of the entire project and outcome.
So remember: outsource, but outsource wisely.
