There are two keywords for success that you need to know. Stuart Zadel discusses.
Hi and welcome! This is Stuart Zadel and welcome to this month’s video tip.
This could be the most important one I’ve ever given you. I’ve been into this mission of mine now for over nine years. We have trained tens of thousands of people. I’ve written a hundreds of emails and almost as many websites yet, this could be the single most important communication I’ve ever given to you if you are looking to create wealth. So, I’m going to give you in a moment the secret to creating wealth and massive wealth in just two words. It’s hard to believe I know – just two words. And you might want to start this right now. Just write down what you think your answers to this question: what is the secret to wealth?
Why don’t you write that down and have some thoughts about it?
Now, I actually don’t ask too many people this question but indirectly, I do. If I put it out, what would people would think the secret to wealth is? People would say starting your business must be the secret to wealth. It could be. People might say property. Property investment is the key and secret to wealth. Some more cynical people might say winning lotto, inheriting it or suing someone might be the secret to wealth. And whilst these all may make money to some people some of time and all of the time if done well in some cases, I’m going to tell you, they are not the secret to wealth.
Wealth can be added in any field, any investment, anything at any time if you get the foundation principles which I’m going to share with you in a moment. So, just two words, in a moment I’m going to give you the secret to wealth. Now, before I get there, I want to give you a couple of examples.
Let’s take the world’s most valuable company from time to time and that is Apple Computer. Steve Jobs, Co-founder of Apple added a massive value to millions and millions of human beings through his Apple Mac computer, through his iPods, through his iPads, and of course now, through the famous iPhone as well. And we’ll come back to this in a moment.
Let’s bring it closer to home, Harry Triguboff, Founder of Meriton Apartments. One Australia’s wealthiest men and the largest apartment builder on the planet has added massive value to thousands and thousands of people in providing them a home. That’s pretty amazing. Now did you get it? I’ve actually already given you the secret to wealth. It’s in two words and it’s in both of those examples. I’ll write it up on the board just in case you missed it. You must – add what? Add value? Absolutely.
ADDING VALUE
This is nature’s secret. It’s hidden but in plain sight and most people miss it. Nature adds massive value through every organism, animal, creature, plant, she’s adding value to the ecosystem creating an incredible rainforest and environment which in fact an incredible planet. It’s adding massive value and it’s in plain sight.
So, if we were to go back to the example we just gave you, what is this? What is this thing? You would say it’s a phone. This thing is also a camera, it also plays video, this also is a music device, this also lets me text people, of course it lets me ring people, it lets me watch people live. There’s a million things this does and what have they done? They have taken a humble phone and they’ve taken what? They have added massive value. This is the secret to wealth.
In my strategies, we tend to focus on property and we have six commodities that you should be buying in the marketplace. Each one of them add massive value. A quick example is doing a quick cosmetic renovations. You take an old run-down tired house. You spruce it up and you sell it and you make a profit. Now, the key is in the adding value. This is the secret bit. Now, it needs to be done according to the marketplace. Not what you think, not what I think, but what the marketplace thinks. You must add value according to the customer. This is a massive secret, it’s a generalized principle and it works in all places at all times.
Now, it’s not just money that we’re talking about. When we talk about wealth, we talk about health, we talk about relationships. So when this video is done, you might want to think about how I am adding value to my employer, to my business, to my customers, all very important in creating financial wealth. But there are other forms of wealth and you might want to ask, how am I adding value to my family, to my friends, to the people I meet on the street, and even more importantly to your loved one or your significant life partner. These are great questions to ask. You apply one of the world’s greatest secrets, you’re going to have a wealthy life.
This is Stuart, to your success.
