21 years ago I boarded a jumbo bound for Toronto, Canada.

I went to study with one of my mentors and become a certified trainer for legendary personal development coach, Bob Proctor.

At the time I was working over 80 hours a week in my gym which I had started with my brother in 1993, and felt completely trapped.

I just knew there was more for me, that I had way more potential than I was exhibiting, but just didn’t know how to access it.

I felt Bob had discovered some answers.

The decision to go would cost me a lot in time, money, family favours and opportunity cost, so I had to be sure.

After a whole bunch of sleepless nights, and mental turmoil, I applied and ended up on a phone interview with Bob to see if it was a right fit.

Bob asked why I felt I should be accepted as they weren’t really established in Australia yet.

I answered that I didn’t really know, but that I felt I had been put in Australia to do something significant here, and that the fate of the world depended on the spirit and increased consciousness of the people in this country, and that I had a role to play.

He thought for a moment and said, “Ok, if I take you, you are going to have to change a lot of things and it’s going to be one of the toughest periods of your life...

But I’ll leave the decision up to you. Only you know if this is the right thing for you, and if it is, I’ll see you in Toronto next week. Oh and one more thing, don’t ask anybody else what they think you should do!” – and he hung up the phone.

For brevity, the key point to this story is that one moment in time, I made a decision.

It was irrevocable... and after that, everything changed.

Saying “Yes” to my future back then unlocked a whole sequence of events and coincidences that would see me build an incredibly successful property education business and touch the lives of hundreds of thousands of people...

This has included educating over 80,000 people live, having over 600,000 books in print, donating over half a million dollars to worthwhile causes, and planted over 27,000 trees whilst growing a solid reputation in the education space.

All it ever takes is just one thing, a decision. Bob knew it, I knew it.

See I believe there is a divine plan for you and a perfect self-expression.

There is a place which you are to fill which no one else can fill.

There is something for you to do, which no one else can do, it is your destiny.

This perfect self-expression is an idea already perfected in Divine Mind, awaiting your recognition.

Bob always said, ‘The only limits in your life are those you impose on yourself’ and that you wouldn’t have been given the vision, if you didn’t have what it takes to carry it out.

Now, you can bet your divine plan is going to require some sacrifice, some education, some time and money, but above all - a decision.

So what’s this got to do with property?

Not a whole lot!

Don’t get me wrong, I love property, it is a great vehicle to wealth. I also love small business, trading options, crypto, and Airbnb too, all great vehicles to wealth.

But I love what I do, what I stand for, and who I have become way more than my wealth.

The property, options income and crypto gains have just made it possible to live my ideal life and contribute.

Way more than money, only the perfect self-expression of your divine plan will do.
