Welcome to our June 2019 newsletter.
You can almost hear the collective sigh of relief breathed by property investors the nation over (not to mention retirees and business owners) at the recent Federal election results.
Not that the current government is any good (but the alternative was plain scary).
But the problem is not any particular ‘government’ – it’s the SYSTEM itself.
W. Edwards Deming said “94% of all failure is a result of the system, not the people”.
If the system of government was any good, surely Australia – one of the largest, most resource-rich countries in the world – would be the first or second richest country in the world by now, wouldn’t it?
But we’re not.
We don’t even seem to have any steel mills, oil refineries or car manufacturing plants left (more than 2, I mean).
Funny that.........
Yet, our Singaporean friends just north of us, on a tiny island with practically no natural resources, formed an independent republic on 9 August 1965, and today only 64 years later, is the first (or second) richest country in the world.
Huh? Doesn’t make sense does it?
Just goes to show you, that you don’t have to OWN the resources to get rich!
What you need, is to THINK differently and have a SYSTEM that works.
And today, that’s just like property. You don’t have to own the property to make the money!
What you need is a different approach and a system that works, in the current environment.
Do that, and you can have your own ‘Singapore Moment’!
Why not, starting next week, you declare yourself an ‘independent republic’ and rise to spectacular success just like Singapore has.
