Welcome to our May 2019 newsletter.
We’ve just released tickets to our brand new Ultimate 1-Day Think and Grow Rich PROPERTY Conference in June, and I’m excited for several reasons.
It’s the first time I’ve attempted to pull off an event like this in a 1-Day format. There’s a lot packed in to cover, and judging by the fast uptake, people really appreciate the ‘get it all in one big day’ approach.
Secondly, I get to deliver more content. It’s really only been on our major 2 and 3 day events (which we haven’t run for a while), that I get to teach specific content.
With this new 1-Day format, I’ve worked in dedicated space to teach the specifics on the Millionaire Mindset. It’ll be like attending 2 seminars in 1, including both cutting edge property strategies, plus the mindset principles to succeed.
There’s nothing else like it in this country I can assure you.
Finally, the strategies we reveal represent the smartest, on-trend, high-demand and high-cashflow in this economy and environment.
Look everyone knows the property market peaked about 18 months ago...
With Sydney 15% off its highs and Melbourne 10%, with more weakness forecast, now is certainly not the time to be buying and negatively gearing. But if you’ve listened to me over the past 13 years you would already know that!
Also, if you have been following me the past two years, you will know we pivoted ahead of the curve to cashflow-only strategies that require very little start-up costs, are low risk, AND potentially very high return.
Be sure, the economic tide has shifted and that represents huge opportunities for those open-minded and nimble enough to act fast with the right specialised knowledge.
