1. All products you purchase from us are payable in full (or by installments if applicable). If you miss a payment the whole amount becomes immediately due.
2. Zadel Property Education collects payments on behalf of the Speaker and provides this Order Form as agent of the Speaker.
3. Subject to any statutory rights of the customer and a 7 day cooling off period from the date of this document, Zadel Property Education will not provide any refunds or permit cancellation of the order and the full amount of the product price is payable as per the order form.
4. Any guarantees or refund commitments provided directly by the Speaker are the sole responsibility of the Speaker and should be addressed directly with the Speaker.
5. You must reimburse Zadel Property Education on demand for all costs and expenses incurred by it in collection costs as a result of non-payment by you, including collection agency fees and expenses and solicitor costs on an indemnity basis.
6. All products and materials supplied by the Speaker are protected by copyright and you agree not to copy, lend, scan, share, sell or distribute the supplied products, materials or online access to any other person, including for re-sale online or permit anyone else to do so.
